Arts and crafts have determined the cultural creations and thus also the social life in Schleswig-Holstein for centuries. Vividness and eccentricity of arts and crafts in the course of time and under the influence of Art Nouveau and Bauhaus have led to a high level of quality and the establishment of the art colleges Kiel, Flensburg and Eckernförde. With their work, moving fluidly between arts and crafts, technique and design, artists shape the artistic landscape.

The Association of Arts and Crafts Professionals of Schleswig-Holstein is offering to artists an interactive platform, a professional network, an assertive advocacy and furthermore provides a space that is in turn open to the public.
